Service Offered: Customized 2-4 Day Meal Plans for 2+ individuals: $30 per entree We offer a variety of mouthwatering options, from home-style classics to Latinx-inspired dishes, pasta meals, and more. Nutritious Snacks: $10 each or select snacks 2 for $15 Sample Menu: Entrees: Home-style Meals: Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, veggie of choice, & house salad w/ dressing of choice Kielbasa & sauerkraut and veggie of choice Fried chicken | wings or drumsticks, thighs, & breast, house salad w/ dressing of choice, & either white rice con habichuelas or mashed potatoes and veggie of choice Cheesy Mac & beef with diced tomatoes, veggie of choice, & house salad w/ dressing of choice Salads 🥗 | All salads are made with at least three different greens, and we never use iceberg lettuce Chef Salad | Hard boil eggs, assorted Diets & Watzson deli meats with nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the cancellation policy. Zoom Call for Assessment: Upon booking, our team will reach out to schedule a Zoom call to assess if Eccentric Vibes LLC is a good match for your needs. This step ensures a personalized and effective consulting experience. First Consultation Session: If the match is confirmed during the Zoom call, the first consultation session will be scheduled. The remaining balance for the service is due before the commencement of the first session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies: Refund of Deposit: A 100% refund of the deposit will be issued if the initial Zoom call is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If the initial Zoom call is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the booking will be canceled, and a new appointment must be made. Another deposit will be required for the new booking. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their initial Zoom call or consultation session, provided it is done within the specified time frames mentioned above. However, failure to adhere to these time frames may result in the need for a new booking and deposit. Matching Guarantee: Mismatch Refund: If, during the initial Zoom call, it is determined that Eccentric Vibes LLC is not a good match for your needs, your deposit will be fully refunded. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist Policy: Joining the Waitlist: If a desired time slot is unavailable, clients have the option to join our waitlist. In the event of cancellations or rescheduling, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in chronological order to fill available slots. Waitlist Deposit: A minimal deposit may be required to join the waitlist, which will be applied towards the service fee upon booking. By adhering to these policies, Eccentric Vibes LLC aims to provide a fair and transparent booking experience, ensuring both parties are committed to a successful consulting journey.
