TERMS & CONDITIONS; RULES:

You must read the rules of the group and agree to abide by the following terms & conditions associated with attending group events at all times. Failure to comply with the rules outlined in this membership agreement will result in loss of membership. 

 

  • NO SMOKING OR VAPING: There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere inside of the facility. Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside in the designated area.

  • NO MEANS NO: Members are expected to uphold a standard of respectful behavior, refraining from any form of assertive conduct. Their actions should align with commonly accepted etiquette and adhere to the guidelines posted within the community. While it is permissible to express interest in play or nudity, engaging in annoying, harassing, or persistent behavior is strictly prohibited.In the event that advances are declined, members are obligated to honor the other party's desire for privacy and enjoyment. It is crucial that members demonstrate respect for explicit refusals; if someone communicates a refusal, members are expected to graciously acknowledge and respect their wishes.

  • PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT: Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any inappropriate or non-consensual touching, as well as disruptive behavior that interferes with others' enjoyment. This includes loud, obnoxious, and inconsiderate conduct. Rowdy drunkenness or any activity that may tarnish the group's reputation is not tolerated. We maintain the right to request the departure of any individual and/or revoke the membership of those who exhibit obnoxious or unruly behavior. In cases where an individual's actions are deemed inappropriate by management, as determined at their discretion, immediate expulsion will be enforced, accompanied by the revocation of membership privileges.

  • SECURITY OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Some events may provide locked areas for the storage of personal items; however, the availability of this amenity cannot be guaranteed. In instances where secure storage is unavailable, we kindly request that you secure your belongings in your vehicles. While we strive to safeguard your possessions when lock-up services are provided, it is important to note that we do not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

  • CELL PHONES: he use of cellular phones is strictly prohibited within the event premises. Should you need to make a call, check messages, or exchange numbers, it is required that you exit the premises. Any use of a cell phone in open areas will result in a request to leave, and there may be consequences, including the potential revocation of your membership. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a distraction-free environment for all attendees.

  • RESTRICTION ON CAMERAS, VIDEO, OR AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT:  The use of cameras, video, or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited within the event premises. If an individual is found using such devices, they will be asked to leave, and there is the possibility of membership revocation. This policy is in place to respect the privacy and comfort of all attendees. Your cooperation in adhering to this guideline is appreciated.

  • NO PROSTITUTION: Prostitution, defined as the exchange of one's body for hire, is strictly prohibited. No individual is allowed to ask, solicit, or engage in any form of physical contact with another person for compensation. Compensation is not limited to monetary exchanges but includes anything of value, regardless of its perceived significance. Any person found soliciting, engaging in, or appearing to be involved in prostitution will be promptly removed from the premises, and their membership will be revoked. We uphold this policy to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.

  • NO JOKING ABOUT PROSTITUTION: Given that solicitation of prostitution involves verbal communication indicating a desire for sexual activity in exchange for compensation, any joking or fooling around about prostitution, or engaging in acts that may be construed as solicitation, is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises, and membership will be revoked. This policy is in place to maintain a serious and respectful atmosphere, ensuring the comfort and safety of all attendees. Your understanding and adherence to this rule are appreciated.

  • NO DRUGS: No illegal drugs will be permitted on the premises. No drugs of any kind will be tolerated on these premises. Anyone in possession of illegal drugs will be banned from the group and have their membership revoked.

  • NO WEAPONS: No Guns or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.

  • ALCOHOL: All of our events are BYOB,, meaning that alcohol is not available for purchase on the premises. If you wish to consume alcohol (beer, liquor, or wine), it is necessary to bring your own supply. All alcoholic beverages must be checked in with our hosts and barkeepers, and members are not permitted to serve themselves. To ensure a responsible drinking environment, last call for alcohol is at 2 am. Any remaining alcohol that you brought with you can be claimed when you leave. However, it is essential to note that any leftover alcohol must be taken with you at the end of the night; we are unable to store it for you. All unclaimed alcohol will be disposed of at closing time, without exceptions.

  • SOLICITATION: No solicitation of any kind is allowed on the website or at events

  • GROUP RESPECT POLICY: Members are expected to demonstrate respect towards the group by exhibiting good behavior, courtesy, maintaining personal hygiene, tidiness, ensuring safety, and adhering to appropriate dress standards. Failure to comply with these expectations may lead to entry refusal, sanctions, or expulsion, solely at the discretion of the group's management. Your cooperation in upholding these standards is crucial for creating a positive and inclusive environment for all members.

  • ADMISSION AND MEMBERSHIP POLICY: Wandering Pleasures retains the right to refuse admission and membership to any individual without providing a cause or explanation, exercising the rights of a legitimate private group. Additionally, the group reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion without prior notice. It is essential to note that possessing a membership does not guarantee entry to any functions. Any breach of membership conditions is grounds for revocation. Memberships are nonrefundable. Your understanding of these terms is appreciated. Everyone needs an activate membership in order to attend events.

  • IDENTIFICATION: Members must be prepared to provide valid state issued identification documents each time they come to the event.

  • GROUP LIABILITY WAIVER: By entering our premises, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk. Wandering Pleasures, its owners, organizers, directors, officers, agents, and employees do not accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during your attendance at our events. You hereby waive any and all claims against the owners and organizers, releasing them from all demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from the use of the property and your participation in the event. This waiver extends to the owners and organizers, their successors and assigns, and is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors, assigns, and any other individuals you may have brought with you. It is strongly recommended to engage in safe play, and you are advised that all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Your understanding and acceptance of this liability waiver are appreciated.

  • MEMBERSHIP USAGE POLICY: Your membership is intended for the personal use of individual members and is strictly non-transferable. Any member caught allowing another person to use their membership will face the revocation of their membership. Memberships are not to be utilized in connection with any commercial endeavors, organizations, government bodies, media organizations, or companies. We appreciate your compliance with these terms to maintain the integrity of individual memberships.

  • DRESS CODE: Dress to impress and embrace your unique style at our events! We have a versatile dress code, ranging from casual and clean to super sexy and even naked if you desire. Club apparel, lingerie, or tasteful nudity are all welcome options. The main idea is to attract others to play with and create a seductive atmosphere. For themed events, costumes are highly encouraged to amplify the party vibes, but they're not mandatory. We prioritize cleanliness and personal hygiene, so please be mindful of body odor and avoid excessive use of perfume or cologne.The dress code is mandatory, except during appropriate theme nights. Failure to comply may result in denied entry to the event. Remember, first impressions matter, so always dress to impress!
